Hello, this is HDC, a consulting firm specializing in AM solutions.
Held at KINTEX Ilsan from March 11th to 14th Intermold Korea 2025I participated in .
This exhibition Metal 3D Printingfrom large pellets 3D printing, Post-processing solutionsIt was an event that introduced cutting-edge manufacturing technologies in one place.
You can find various technologies and equipment in one place. Understand the latest trends in additive manufacturing technologyIt was a good opportunity to do so,
Meltio, MX3D, Fabrisonic LLC, EOS, CEAD Group, Solukon Maschinenbau GmbH, etc. The latest equipment and technology from global companies
As HDC directly presented it It was successfully concluded with much interest and support.
Today, I would like to introduce the technologies presented at this exhibition.
Along with the vividness of the scene in the video, each technology Key pointsLooking at it Latest manufacturing technology trendsExperience it for yourself!
Hybrid solution for everything from large pellet stacking to milling
CEAD is a Dutch company with LFAM (Large Format Additive Manufacturing) solutions.
It uses plastic material in pellet form and is specialized in the use of high-strength composite materials.
It is suitable for designing large, custom-made parts in the automotive, shipbuilding, aerospace, design, and sculpture industries, as it can be realized with a single device from lamination to milling.
At this year's Intermold, we exhibited large parts manufactured using the LFAM process. See the actual size of the parts in the video.
2. MX3D
WAAM Metal Welding Printing Solution, Manufacturing Large Metal Parts Up to 6m in Length
MX3D is a Dutch software and solutions company that implements multi-axis WAAM (Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing) technology based on robotic solutions.
It uses metal wire materials and can produce large metal structures through a freely moving 8-axis robot arm and positioner.
We have equipment that can manufacture structures measuring W2200*D1400*H1700mm to ultra-large structures measuring over 6m.
It can be customized according to the user's needs. Recently, a global automobile company, BMW, produced a suspension using this equipment.
As it became known, it gained attention as the hottest equipment in the domestic automobile manufacturing industry. It is also used in diverse fields, including shipbuilding, energy, aerospace, architecture, and art.
This exhibition showcases the large nozzle that MX3D presented at Formnext, the world's leading additive manufacturing exhibition held in Germany in 2024.
3. MELTIO
W-DED Metal 3D Printing Solutions for Delicate, Strong Small and Medium-Sized Parts
MELTIO is a Spanish company that has secured over 300 users over the past few years with its innovative technology in the global metal printer market.
Wire-and-laser-based WLMD metal additive manufacturing technology enables cost-effective metal 3D printing by integrating with existing CNC and robotic systems.
In particular, it is specialized in the production of special parts as it enables printing of different materials with its dual-wire function, and is used in various industries such as national defense/defense industry, automobiles, and energy.
In particular, last year we launched a laminated manufacturing head equipped with nine blue lasers, enabling more precise and diverse metal lamination.

Ultrasonic Additive Manufacturing Solutions: A Revolution in Metal Additive Manufacturing
Fabrisonic LLC is a leading American innovator in ultrasonic metal additive manufacturing (UAM) technology.
Differentiated from existing metal additive manufacturing technologies, it fuses metal foils using ultrasonic welding-based lamination to create robust metal parts.
Fabrisonic's UAM technology is attracting attention in various industries such as automotive, energy, and aerospace by simultaneously realizing high-strength and heterogeneous material bonding.
Through this Intermold Korea 2025 exhibition, we Introducing innovative technologies from leading global companies to the domestic manufacturing industry.do
An opportunity to experience the latest additive manufacturing trends firsthand. It was a very meaningful time to create it.
Many people From metal 3D printing to large-scale pellet deposition and post-processing solutions. Thank you so much for your deep interest in our diverse technologies.
In the future, HDC will Leading the development and popularization of additive manufacturing technology, Across industries Providing better solutions and innovative equipmentI will do my best to make it happen.
We ask for your continued interest and support, and we will return with new technology news.
thank you!
